Hi, it's Raya! March 26,2025 And we are starting a new journey . So,let's begin! The building where the two girls lived was old and always smelled of damp walls and alcohol. Even as a child, the girl knew when she needed to walk quickly past Siyas apartment. Everyone in the building understood the warning signs. Siyas father drank too much, and when he did, his anger filled the entire hallway. But on that particular afternoon, Siya looked happy. She leaned over the railing, her small hands gripping the rusted metal, and called out with a bright smile. “Come play later. I will wait for you.” The girl nodded and smiled back. Neither of them knew that this would be their final conversation. Later that evening, the girl returned with her mother after selling flowers in the market. They were both tired, but they laughed softly as they climbed the stairs toward home. But as soon as they reached their building, the mood changed. Police cars were parked outside. Neighbors stood in small groups, whispering with shock on their faces. The air felt heavier than usual. Inside the hallway, two bodies were covered with white sheets. The moment the girl saw them, she froze. She dropped the bucket of flowers she was holding. The flowers spread across the floor like fallen memories. She did not need anyone to explain what had happened. Her heart already knew. Under those sheets were Siya and her mother. Someone tried to guide the girl away. Someone spoke to her. But she heard only one thing: Siyas voice from earlier that day. “I will wait for you.” Siya had waited. Siya had cried for help. But the girl had not come back in time. That night became a wound that stayed with her for many years. And deep in the shadows of that memory, something quiet began to grow. Something that would one day return, carrying all the pain it had left behind.
